Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Ogma Print website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Ogma Print is a trading name of Lavoc Limited, a company registered in Ireland. Our registered office is Dogpatch Labs, The CHQ Building, Custom House Quay, Dublin 1, D01 Y6H7, Ireland. Our VAT registration number is IE4138467JH, and our company registration number is 733644.

By using our service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age.

We make raised feeding stands for dogs and cats. Each stand is 3D printed to order in PLA with your pet's name set into the front, and is supplied with a stainless steel bowl measuring 140 mm across the rim and 30 mm deep, holding approximately 250 ml.

Because your pet's name is printed into it, every stand is a personalised product made to your specification. Colour and finish may vary slightly from the on-screen preview: filament batches differ, and a screen renders colour differently from a printed object.

We also take on custom 3D printing work as individually quoted commissions. These are not orderable through this website and are agreed separately in writing, and the terms of each commission are those we agree with you at the time.

Orders are placed through our designer, where you choose a stand, enter your pet's name, choose colours, review a 3D preview and proceed to checkout. The name you enter is printed exactly as you type it, so please check the spelling before paying. By completing checkout you are placing a binding order for a personalised product.

We will send you an order confirmation email once your payment has been processed. Production begins immediately after confirmation.

A bowl stand is €49 for Standard or €54 for Large. That is the whole price: delivery within Ireland and Irish VAT at the standard rate are both included in it, and nothing further is added at checkout. There is no separate shipping charge and no handling fee.

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of VAT under VAT registration number IE4138467JH.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

We ship to Ireland only, and delivery is included in the price. Each stand is printed to order: allow 5–7 business days for production and dispatch, then a further 1–3 business days for delivery by An Post. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Every stand carries your pet's name and is made to your specification, which makes it a personalised product. Under Regulation 14(1)(c) of the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, goods made to a consumer's specification or clearly personalised are excluded from the 14-day right of cancellation that applies to most distance contracts. By confirming this at checkout, you acknowledge that you will not have a change-of-mind cancellation right once production begins.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your stand arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match what you ordered — including the wrong name, spelling or colour — you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. In practice we will simply replace it free of charge, and you do not need to return the original. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

If you spot a mistake immediately after ordering, email us straight away. If production has not started we will correct or cancel it and refund you in full.

All content on this website — including its design, branding, software, and the 3D models our pipeline generates — is the intellectual property of Lavoc Limited. Buying a stand buys you the physical object, not the model file or any right to reproduce it.

You keep all rights in anything you supply to us, including your pet's name. We use it to make and deliver your order and for nothing else.

Map data used in our commissioned map work is sourced from OpenStreetMap and is used under the Open Database License.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Ogma Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intended use. A bowl stand is a raised feeder for domestic dogs and cats. It is not a toy, a step, or a load-bearing object, and it is not suitable for large breeds — the bowl holds roughly 250 ml. The stand is printed in PLA, which softens with heat: it is not dishwasher safe and should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. Wash it by hand. As with any feeding equipment, check it periodically for damage and stop using it if it cracks, and supervise animals that chew their bowls or their surroundings.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, which provides information and assistance to consumers in Ireland, or the European Consumer Centre Ireland if you are buying from another EU member state.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
