Shipping & returns
Delivery is included in the price. Packed by hand and posted anywhere in Ireland.
Delivery included
€49 for Standard or €54 for Large is the whole price. Delivery and VAT are inside it, and nothing is added at checkout. Ireland only for now; if you are elsewhere, email hello@ogmaprint.com and we will see what we can do.
Delivery timeframes
Every stand is printed to order, so allow 5–7 business days for us to make it and get it into the post. Delivery time after that:

Packaging
Carefully packed
The stand and its stainless bowl are packed separately so the bowl cannot move against the lettering in transit, then boxed with protective fill.
Sustainable materials
We use recyclable packaging wherever we can, and no single-use plastic fill. The stand itself is printed in PLA, which is made from plants rather than oil.
Order tracking
Once your stand has been dispatched you will get an email with a tracking number, so you can follow it to the door. If anything looks wrong with your delivery, or it has been longer than the estimate above, contact us at hello@ogmaprint.com.
Returns & exchanges
Your pet's name is printed into the stand, which makes it a personalised item made to your specification. Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right that applies to most online purchases, so we cannot accept a return if you simply change your mind. We tell you this before you pay rather than after, and you confirm it at checkout.
That exemption does not affect your statutory rights if something is wrong with the stand. If it arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or we printed the wrong name or the wrong colour, we will replace it free of charge and you do not need to send the original back. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
