We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account information: name and email address, provided when you create an account or place an order.
• Shipping address: provided at checkout for order fulfilment.
• Order history: records of your purchases and design configurations.
• Anonymous session data: non-personally identifiable information about your browsing session for analytics purposes.
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Support conversations: messages and any contact details or attachments you choose to share through live chat, along with the page and browser information provided by the chat widget.
• Newsletter email: if you subscribe on the website, we store the address you gave us so we can send the occasional studio email. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We use your personal data to:

• Fulfil and deliver your orders.
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• Send transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping updates.
• Improve our service, including understanding how customers use the design wizard and website.
• Send a newsletter about new products and studio news, only if you have subscribed or opted in.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in.

• Contract performance: processing your order, delivering your product, and managing your account.
• Legitimate interest: improving our service, understanding usage patterns, and ensuring platform security.
• Legal obligation: retaining order and financial records as required by Irish tax law.
• Consent: sending the newsletter, when you have subscribed or opted in. You can withdraw that consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or by emailing us.

We share your data with the following third-party processors, each of whom operates under appropriate data protection agreements:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery, and the newsletter if you have subscribed.
• Railway — application hosting and database infrastructure.
• PostHog — product analytics.
• Chatwoot — website live chat and customer support conversations.

We use the following types of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: these keep you signed in, hold your basket, and remember your answer to the cookie banner. They are required for the site to work and are not used to track you, so they do not need your consent.
• Live chat cookies: Chatwoot loads when you choose to open chat. It uses cookies to remember your conversation as you move between pages or return later. Chat works whether you accept or decline analytics cookies.
• Analytics cookies: set by PostHog, our product analytics provider, so we can recognise a returning visitor and understand how people move through the site. These are only set if you press Accept on the cookie banner.

We do not currently enable PostHog session recordings. If we turn them on in future, they will only run after you accept analytics cookies, and text you type into forms (including your pet’s name) will stay masked.

If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, we still count anonymous page views and events — but PostHog is switched into a mode where nothing at all is stored on your device, no browsing profile is built, and each visit is unconnected to any other. We do this so we can see where people get stuck without needing to identify anyone.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will bring the banner back.

• Account data: retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion at any time.
• Order data: retained for 7 years after the date of purchase, as required for Irish tax compliance.
• Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe. After that we keep the address only so we know not to email you again, and you can ask us to delete it.
• Anonymous session data: automatically expires after 24 hours.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

• Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Right to lodge a complaint: you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission of Ireland.

Your data may be processed in the EU and United States by our third-party processors. All processors operate under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent data protection frameworks, to ensure your data is protected to GDPR standards regardless of location.

Our service is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
